The denomination will send an email copy to the presbytery once the report is entered online.

Here are the instructions and forms to fill out before you go online to enter the information:

Depending on which version you need:

Click on English or Korean

  1. Submit data on-line in "Church Statistical Reporting"  (click here)
  2. Your USER NAME and password were sent in an email from the Stated Clerk.
    If you need them, contact the presbytery's stated clerk on her cell at 616.490.4989  
    Save the USENAME and Password.
  3. Keep a copy for your files.  DO NOT SEND  A COPY TO THE PRESBYTERY.

 

Terms of Call Report

TERMS OF CALL REPORT for pastors, co-pastors, associate pastors, designated pastors, and Certified Christian Educators.
It is NOT necessary to submit this report for interim pastors, interim associate pastors, stated supplies, temporary supplies, commissioned lay pastors, or Certified Associate Christian Educators.

  1. Gather data using this information.
  2. Complete the Compensation Worksheet found below. Either online or complete and send to Presbytery Office.
